Home Energy Savings Info Session

The Coastal Discovery Centre is hosting a free information session on home energy savings, alternative heating options, tips on accessing government rebates, and renewable energy.

This event is sponsored by the Coastal Discovery Centre, and is hosted by the Alternative Energy Committee of the Main-à-Dieu Community Development Association, as part of the “Green Beacon” sustainable community development project.

The goal of the project is to make the Coastal Discovery Centre, and the community of Main-à-Dieu itself, sustainable – both fiscally and environmentally – as well as a model for other communities wishing to “go green,” save money, or both.
